Payment and Shipping
Payment can be made via major credit cards or PayPal.
Once your order is place you should receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders will be sent in 1-3 business days, you will then receive a tracking number for your parcel via email.
Please pay attention when completing the order form to fill in the correct address where the product is to be sent. Our company bears no responsibility in case a package is delivered to a wrong address indicated by the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Happy Hollow is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Refunds

Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive dammaged or defective.
Conditions of the return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
